Internship Programs and Opportunities for Graduates

We offer best-in-class IT training programs for university students that combine formal learning and practical experience. We connect you with peer mentors to support your development in the following programs:

  • Full-time Technical Analyst Program: This is a two-year program offering extensive training on Information Technology, Financial Services, project management and soft skills, providing you with a solid grounding for a successful career in IT. This program is open for students graduating in 2015.
  • Industrial Placement Program: The six-month and 12-month Industrial Placement Program provides training in formal financial markets, as well as the opportunity to add value to a desk by working on a real life business project. The placement offers a unique opportunity to put theoretical coursework and studies into practice in a commercial, business environment. The six-month program starts in April and the 12-month placement starts in June each year. This program is open for students graduating in 2016 (for the six-month placement) or 2017 (for the 12-month placement).
  • Summer Internship Program: This 10-week summer internship program will provide you with formal financial markets training, as well as on the job practice and mentoring. The program offers opportunities to meet with senior managers, colleagues and peers at all levels across the Bank. All interns will undergo a structured objective and review process so they can be assessed for a role on the Full-Time Technical Analyst Program to start the following year. All interns will attend a variety of business information, networking and social events over the summer. The program starts in June each year, and is open for students graduating in 2016.
  • Spring Insight Program: This one-week program primarily offers students with an insight of a chosen division over a 5 day period, however you’ll also get exposure to other areas of the Bank.
